Air Shower Room
An air shower room is a device for personnel purification and preventing polluted air from entering the clean area. Its working principle is to use high-speed clean airflow to blow off dust attached to the surface of personnel entering the cleanroom. Meanwhile, the two doors of the cleanroom are interlocked and cannot be opened simultaneously, which also functions as an air lock. According to the number of passing personnel, air shower rooms are divided into single-person type, double-person type and multi-person type.

The pass box is installed on the partition wall between clean areas of different cleanliness levels and non-clean areas. Workpieces, products and other items can be transferred mutually through the pass box. It is equipped with two doors that cannot be opened at the same time, which can isolate the air on both sides and prevent polluted air from entering the clean area.
