MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
Carbon steel material, fusible temperature 70°C. rated pressure resistance 3000-5000 Pa, fire resistance class: 1.5H, flange distance L=250mm.

STRUCTURE
Composed of key components including flange, valve body, valve disc, valveshaft and actuator. The flange width is customizable per customer request,normally 30-50mm. A square-to-circular adapter structure shall be adoptedfor diameters areater than Φ800.

PERFORMANCE
The valve remains normally open under normal conditions. When the pipelinetemperature reaches 70°C, the temperature sensor disconnects, the valvesafety mechanism releases, and the valve actuates to close, while sending aclosing signal back to the control system. The valve is also equipped with anair volume adjustment function.
