Carbon steel shell + 310S stainless steel material, controlled by pneumaticactuator, solenoid valve voltage 24V/220V, valve pressure resistanceapprox. 3000-15000 Pa, flange spacing L=250mm-300mm, temperatureresistance 600-1000°C.
STRUCTURE
Circular single-disc structure, composed of main components: flange,valve body, valve plate, shaft, thermal insulation layer and actuator. Theflange width and thickness can be customized according to customerrequirements, with a standard flange width of 30-100 mm.
PERFORMANCE
The valve remains in normally open (FO) or normally closed (FC) statusduring regular ventilation. The valve plate can be manually adjusted toopen and close via a turbine actuator even in the airless state, to regulatethe valve opening degree and output open/close signals.
