Application and Characteristics
It consists of fixedly arranged radial guide vanes. Featuring large air volume and low noise, it delivers air in a horizontal swirling pattern, which mixes rapidly with indoor air. This enables the air temperature and wind speed to drop quickly, achieving a comfortable indoor environment.

Description
Available standard sizes: Φ300, Φ400, Φ500, Φ600. Plenum box is available as an optional accessory.
The face panel of WDXF-A swirl diffuser is integrally stamped from cold-rolled steel plate.
Surface color: milky white (electrostatic powder coating or fluorocarbon coating).
The plenum box can be made of galvanized steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate (with surface spraying treatment for the box).

Model Representation Method of SH-VDWB Square Plate Swirl Diffuser

Example: Model SH-V-D-W-400 is a low-level swirl diffuser with face dimension 400×400, neck diameter Φ300, fitted with a plenum box and top air inlet.
If only the diffuser face is required without the plenum box according to actual demands, the model can be designated as FK-D-W-400.

Structure of SH-VDWB Square Plate Swirl Diffuser
The WDXF series swirl diffuser is available in four standard sizes. Round and square face panels are optional to meet architectural and decoration requirements.
Fixed guide vanes on the diffuser face are arranged radially and integrally stamped and formed in one piece.
The diffuser face can be fixed to the plenum box with screws and is detachable. Decorative caps are equipped on the top of screws.
The plenum box supports two air inlet modes: side air inlet and top air inlet.
An air volume damper can be additionally installed upon customer request to regulate airflow rate.
In practical engineering applications where plenum box installation is inconvenient, flexible duct connection can be adopted to complete the whole ventilation system.

Throw Distance: It refers to the vertical distance from the air outlet down to the position where the residual air velocity of the blown airflow is 0.25m/s. If the terminal residual air velocity is 0.5m/s, the throw distance will be reduced by 40% on the original basis. Diffusion Radius: It refers to the horizontal distance from the center of the air outlet to the position where the terminal residual air velocity is 0.25m/s. The diffusion radius parameter is measured at 1.2 meters below the ceiling height of 3.0 meters.

The installation height of the swirl diffuser shall start from 2.65 m above the floor. (The recommended maximum installation height shall not exceed a ceiling elevation of 3.5 m.)
