The silencer elbow is similar to a duct silencer and belongs to the impedance silencer series. It is designed by converting a straight duct silencer into an elbow type silencer.
Structure
The inner wall of the silencing cavity is filled with 50 mm thick centrifugal glass wool, covered with glass cloth and perforated plate with 3 mm aperture. The framework is made of galvanized steel sheet.
