Product Features
The outer frame is made of galvanized iron or aluminum alloy.
A metal strip is fixed between each filter bag to enhance structural strength and prevent the bags from cracking caused by cutting friction under high wind speed.
Each filter bag is evenly provided with six separators across the bag width, which prevents excessive expansion and mutual shielding of the bags under wind pressure, avoiding reduction of effective filtration area and filtration efficiency.
The edge of each filter bag adopts ultrasonic seamless fusion, featuring good air tightness and bonding strength without air leakage or cracking.
It is made of ultra-fine synthetic fiber with a special weaving method, avoiding physical discomfort to the human body possibly caused by traditional glass fiber materials. The filter material contains electrostatic fibers, delivering excellent filtration performance for submicron dust.
It has the advantages of high dust collection rate, high air permeability and long service life. Five efficiency grades of bag filters are available for selection: 35%, 45%, 65%, 85% and 95%.
